The Hair Mission was founded by Dr. Dustin Pfundheller, a globally recognized medical volunteer and international speaker. With experience volunteering in over 30 countries, Dr. Pfundheller has dedicated his career to making healthcare more accessible and impactful around the world. His vision is to transform the American healthcare system by leveraging advanced technology and streamlined systems to deliver high-quality care at an affordable cost.

Dr. Dairo Torres
Dairo Torres, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Cuban physician specializing in family medicine with extensive experience in both acute and outpatient settings.
He is skilled in patient management, particularly in the areas of weight management and hormone replacement therapy. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Ana G. Méndez University in South Florida.
He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Ana G. Méndez University, where he is further enhancing his skills and knowledge in nursing. In addition, he is obtaining a certification in aesthetics at the University of Miami, which will complement his clinical practice. He is also certified in hair transplant surgery in Turkey, further diversifying his expertise in cosmetic procedures.
Dairo is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, and is currently learning Portuguese to expand his ability to communicate with diverse patient populations.
Throughout his career, his previous roles have not only strengthened his clinical expertise but have also enhanced his leadership abilities and his capacity to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. This collaborative approach ensures quality patient care and promotes positive outcomes. He remains steadfast in his commitment to providing excellent, compassionate care to every patient.

Alicia Sastre is a highly experienced Lead Hair Technician and Medical Assistant with over 25 years in the field of hair restoration. With a strong foundation in patient care and clinical procedures, she is dedicated to providing each patient with a comfortable, supportive, and well-informed experience.

Oguzhan Koca, known to us as Ozzy, is a certified paramedic and experienced hair transplantation technician from Turkey. With over five years of hands-on expertise in the world’s most advanced hair restoration method—FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction)—he consistently delivers outstanding results for patients. At The Hair Mission, Ozzy completes our surgical leadership team by blending the precision of Turkish artistry with cutting-edge American techniques.

Paloma Dellapelle is a skilled Lead Hair Technician and Medical Assistant with over four years of hands-on experience in the field of hair restoration. She holds a specialization in Genetics from the esteemed Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo and has completed advanced training in hair transplantation techniques in China.
Paloma is expertly trained in performing hair, beard, and eyebrow transplants, bringing a precise and personalized approach to every procedure. Her international education and dedication to excellence make her a valuable asset to both her patients and the clinical team.
