The Hair Mission was founded by Dr. Dustin Pfundheller, a globally recognized medical volunteer and international speaker. With experience volunteering in over 30 countries, Dr. Pfundheller has dedicated his career to making healthcare more accessible and impactful around the world. His vision is to transform the American healthcare system by leveraging advanced technology and streamlined systems to deliver high-quality care at an affordable cost.

Dr. Paul Fickey
Dr. Paul Fickey Jr., MD is a board-certified physician known for his unwavering dedication to patient care, clinical excellence, and medical innovation. Grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by a patient-first philosophy, Dr. Fickey has earned a strong reputation for providing compassionate, high-quality care across diverse healthcare environments. His collaborative leadership style fosters meaningful connections with patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
Dr. Fickey graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, graduating with a distinction in Global Health. He completed his surgical residency training at Rush University Medical Center (Chicago, IL), Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Odessa, TX), and Boston Medical Center (Boston, MA). Dr. Fickey trained in Hair Restoration Surgery at Ginakademi Gönül İnarın in İstanbul, Türkiye. He is also a Certified Wound Specialist Physician, credentialed by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM).
A proud alumnus of Drum Corps International and Winterguard International, Dr. Fickey remains deeply committed to the marching arts community, supporting its growth through advocacy, outreach, and sponsorship. Based in Orlando, Florida, he’s also an active member of the American Coaster Enthusiasts and enjoys discovering the thrills of Florida’s world-famous theme parks.
Alicia Sastre
Alicia Sastre is a highly experienced Lead Hair Technician and Medical Assistant with over 25 years in the field of hair restoration. With a strong foundation in patient care and clinical procedures, she is dedicated to providing each patient with a comfortable, supportive, and well-informed experience.
Trained in the latest hair restoration techniques and committed to continuous professional development, Alicia brings a rare combination of expertise, precision, and compassion to every stage of the treatment process. Her professionalism and empathetic approach have made her a trusted and valued presence in the lives of countless patients.
Ozzy
Oguzhan Koca, known to us as Ozzy, is a certified paramedic and experienced hair transplantation technician from Turkey. With over five years of hands-on expertise in the world’s most advanced hair restoration method—FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction)—he consistently delivers outstanding results for patients. At The Hair Mission, Ozzy completes our surgical leadership team by blending the precision of Turkish artistry with cutting-edge American techniques.
Paloma Dellapelle
Paloma Dellapelle is a skilled Lead Hair Technician and Medical Assistant with over four years of hands-on experience in the field of hair restoration. She holds a specialization in Genetics from the esteemed Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo and has completed advanced training in hair transplantation techniques in China.
Paloma is expertly trained in performing hair, beard, and eyebrow transplants, bringing a precise and personalized approach to every procedure. Her international education and dedication to excellence make her a valuable asset to both her patients and the clinical team.
